Holy cow. Candice and I are on the brink of beginning a home-buying stage, but it’s hard to imagine that bubble being sustainable for much longer. Get Rich Slowly’s take on it is here, and the New York Times article is here.

There has been a lot of good evidence over the past two or three months that it’s starting to burst.
I also saw this recently. I don’t think the girl and I are going to buy just yet, especially considering I don’t really see us here in five years.
