Candice and I decided we wanted peanut butter cookies. First stop: the recipe on the side of the jar of Kraft peanut butter. Second stop: Any other recipe, because:
Super Easy Kraft Peanut Butter Cookies
1. MIX together 1 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and an egg.
2. ROLL into balls and flatten with fork on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. BAKE at 325 F for 15 min. Do not over-bake. Makes about 24 cookies.
Shouldn’t there be some… flour in there? Or anything other than peanut butter, sugar, and an egg? That’s not so much “baking” as “cooking peanut butter”. I’m tempted to make a quarter-batch of those just to see how disturbing they are.
